korean Ground Beef

Korean ground beef is an easy dish to serve that will only take you 15 minutes to prepare and cook. You just make the sauce, pour it on the cooked ground beef, and wait for the sauce to be absorbed by the beef.

Although I’m Filipino, I love the taste of Korean food. It always has this perfect blend of sweet-salty that I long for. If it’s your first time to try making Korean food, Koran ground beef should be your recipe. It’s easy to make and all the ingredients are in your pantry.

When cooking the ground beef, I make sure the pan is large enough so that the ground beef won’t crowd the pan. It allows the ground beef to form a crust and brown. The brown bits that stick to the pan after are flavorful.

I love eating Korean ground beef with fried egg and rice, topped with scallions. It makes a complete dish that will leave you very full.
